This upcoming week is fizzing over with celebrations for San Diego Beer Week 2011. For those of you not so keen on the brew: not to worry! There are diversions aplenty to occupy you as well. Unleash your theatrical side at the Renaissance Faire in Escondido, or strap on those running shoes and help raise money to find a cure for breast cancer at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k Run/Walk at Balboa Park.
San Diego Beer Week 2011
The Christmas Eve of beer drinking is upon us! Tonight, San Diego beer lovers will go to bed starry eyed, and instead of dancing sugar plums, we’ll dream of ambers and blondes (but the kind that come in a pint glass). From today until November 14, over 458 Beer Week events will take place across San Diego, paying homage to our county’s craft beer genius. Check out the San Diego Beer Week 2011 website for information on all the hoppy happenings: http://sdbw.org/events/.
