A certain fast food giant—to remain unnamed—once said you could “have it your way”. Sorry, Kurger Bing (don't worry, no one will know), but you just got served.
Opened August 24th of this year, Stacked is the newest addition to every foodie's list of restaurant hot-spots. With an innovative casual-dining concept, yet traditional American cuisine, customers are getting their fill of what we can only coin as creative indulgence.
Get your mouth around this eclectic array of America’s favorite dishes, and watch out for an impending food coma should you go with the “build-your-own” burger. Stacked offers an array of meat selections, and we were happy to see less common options like turkey, salmon, and vegetarian burgers on the menu. Also on the restaurant's repertoire: four different types of buns, dozens of cheeses (we'll take one of each, thank you), and a tsunami of toppings and sauces to make the ultimate mouth-watering burger, just how you like it!
Oh no, it doesn't stop there; guests are able to “stack” their own pizzas, sausages, salads, firewood (kidding...just seeing if you're paying attention). If that's not reason enough to call home, check out the large selection of both beer and wine options. No, you can't stack those.
Here, 5,600 square feet of rustic wood floors are contrasted by steel accents (it's a tad summer-camp-turns-space-age but we're not complaining), counters provide a place for those of us who are more social diners, and bright lighting gives us all a good look at the other maybe-we-should-have-ordered-that burgers around us.
Getting back to the space age bit: iPads are installed at each dining table and used as menus, giving guests the opportunity to use the newest in technology when dreaming up their Angus beef kicks. It's a brand new concept that might scare off the older demographic, but nevertheless, allows guests to tap into their inner chef for a few minutes' time.
